SHIPPING & RETURNS

HANDLING TIME

Please allow us to process your order within 1-3 days after the transaction.

Orders could be delivered to most locations within 5-10 days working after the parcels left our warehouse. Please kindly note your package will be ship from one of our warehouses located in India.

Please provides us a valid address that you can assure to receive the package since some countries have already embargoed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Our courier partners are DHL for international shipments and Aramex for local and national shipments, respectively. 

Your order will be delivered by couriers who will attempt to deliver the goods to you. Your signature will be required upon delivery. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

TRACKING ORDER

You may track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • You will receive an email from us about your purchase when the shipment is arranged.

  • Open the email, click the button to View your order.

  • There is a tracking number with the logistics company’s name

  • Click on the link and you will be able to track the package.

Sometimes, the tracking page doesn’t recognize your number. If this is the case, please go to the shipping company’s website and enter the tracking number yourself.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us at support@lmr.com immediately with your order number and the new address.

It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.

CANCELLATION

For customers who would like to cancel the orders, the shipping fee will not be able to return and we will need to charge you for an additional service fee.

During the period of time, we will not be able to compensate for any delay caused by the COVID-19.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping for orders over US $100.00.

Please note that the delivery time depends on your local post service and there’s no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times vary based on the delivery location, inspection, and other factors.

Returns Policy

RETURN

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email to support@lmr.com within 7 days regarding your purchase including your order number. We will gladly refund you, process an exchange or offer store credit on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by the shipping carriers.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable Artwork

  • Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After we’ve had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship your order back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lmr.com and send your item to: (KSA Address)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lmr.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will initiate your return on the website.
